Wrapping up

Thanks to everyone who participated in the workshops with Anibal and made it such an enjoyable experience. We have alot of ideas and techniques to work with so now is the time to practice practice practice. Also thank you to the organisations and schools who supported Anibals visit and welcomed us to perform at their Milongas....Tango Entre Amigos, Tango Spirit, Patio de Tango, Tango Encanto, DanceTango and Tango Synergy. I'm looking forward to next year!! I'm also delighted to be working with Anibal in Melbourne so if you are a southerner I'll see you there.

As well as his infectious smile and warmth, Anibal is a fantastic teacher and I learnt so much from him in one short week. He makes seemingly challenging options simple by breaking them down to basics, which you can then easily take onto the dancefloor without stress to leader or follower. I spent the week at his workshops in 2009, and again in 2010, and hope he comes back in 2011.

I had a fantastic Sunday in Sydney. The 3 workshops with Anibal Montenegro were an eye opener. This guy is the best visiting teacher I have ever studied with and I was able to incorporate all he taught, and more importantly understood the dynamics of the concepts he taught.
